During your hospitalization, you are under the responsibility of Dr Trevidic and his anaesthesiologist.

 

The entire medical and paramedical staff is at your disposal.

 

Please don't hesitate to point out any problems during your stay at the hospital.

 

During my daily visits, I will give you information about your recovery and what you should expect in the days ahead.

 

We will give you your release date on the day you schedule surgery. This decision is based on the average length of stay for patients undergoing the same operation. Nevertheless, sometimes patients must stay a day or two longer for their own health and well-being.

 

On release I will explain to you about postoperative care and what you should or should not do after surgery.

 

Brigitte, my assistant, will have given you an appointment for your first post operatory visit in my office when you schedule your surgery.

During this visit, I will remove your stitches and tell you what to expect in the coming weeks.

The second post operatory visit will take place between one and three months after the first.

If you have any problems after surgery (medical or administrative) feel free to contact the office during working hours, or at the clinic during clinic hours.
